More often then not I am surprised to hear that people I meet have NOT seen the movie ‘Belly’! My favorite of all the drug movies, Belly is a true piece of art. Hype Williams pulls together what almost appears to be a collection of the sickest hip hop music videos ever made with a great story about a drug crew run by Tommy “Buns”, DMX, with assistance from his boy Sincere, NAS. Aside from great visuals and classic lines, the score couldn’t be any more suitable. Yes, my synopsis is extremely vague – I don’t like giving too much away so check out the intro scene and you will be asking your friends to borrow it! Trust me!
